MY VISION AND THOUGHTS -----FOR ---- Ministry of Implementations And Orders(on the Judgments /Directions/Orders, etc. of the Supreme Court/High Courts, and of other Governmental Agencies)-AND TO OVER-SEE IMPLIMENTATION OF HONOURABLE SUPREME COURT’S/AND OTHER HONOURABLE HIGH COURTS’JUDGMENTS/ORDERS/DIRECTIONS, ETC; AND THAT OF OTHER GEOVERNMENTAL ORDERS/DIRECTIONS/NOTIFICATIONS/ETC………………

In so far as I could perceive there is no any other Governmental Machinery to look into and solve the problems of the Victim/Respondent/Petitioners- in cases where the Sufferer/s has succeeded in the course of his long fight for Justice through Honorable Courts of Law,CAT,etc, wherein the different Hon’ble High Courts and the Hon’ble Supreme Court also, in different Verdicts gave Judgments/Orders/Directions, with stipulated time for implementation of its Orders,etc, and in many of the cases it is seen that the same has not been complied with, and /or even if taken the Administrators take their own time and leisure, whereby the sanctity and the spirit of the Judgment/Orders become not useful to many , as for e.g.by which time the Justice seeker/or other beneficiary shall retire, and no further steps taken to do justice.

This is with special reference to the plight of the persons-including Group'A'Cadre /Promotes from departmental quota, who were made to work on ad-hoc basis for several years/rather decades and finally retire as such without confirmation/regularization, which the Governmental Body like the UPSC and the RPF had made it(regularization)as the must and should criteria and the most essential qualification for consideration to get the next higher rank of promotion, and the RPF departmental Officers of Group’A’Cadre Post have become the very easy target to make them unfit only on the ground that they have not been regularized and/or as such their names have been not considered for further promotion at par or as that of their Junior/direct officers- whose services are being regularized/confirmed just after completion of three years of service and they are being promoted immediately on completion of three years of service. At times even by creating additional/extra or ad-hoc posts to suit to their requirement to fill up the posts .But the same is denied to the departmental Group’A’Officers (ASCs) in the RPF (Railway Protection Force) on the plea of no DPCs were held and they not considered for promotion. These types of cases are plenty in RPF,non-regularization and close the grievance as their case has been taken up for consideration for next higher rank promotion but for their non-regularisation,on account ‘no DPC held’ ( on whose fault) -- as such/hence their names dropped from the lists of panel( announced covering several Years of vacancies). In later years, against the same back log vacancies the other juniors shall be promoted to higher scale of pay and rank, duly ignoring the names of the seniors who were in service on the date/year when such vacancies arose.

They/the Administration, very conveniently and to suit to their terms, keep all the Judgments/Orders/Directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, and that of Hon’ble High Courts, in different cases verdicts not taken into account about conducting of regular DPCs, for which the sufferers are no other than the seniors and but as per age / superannuation retire.

The Administrative Authority also does not heed to any of the Government’s Notifications/Orders/Directions and the Lot issued by the UPSC/DoPT/Ministry of Railways, other Esstt.Rules, etc and so on in specific terms about DPCs. The Victim makes several representations citing all or relevant Orders to seek Justice through their Ministry/Railways/Railway Board/RPF but his application do not see the light of the day. The victim shall not even get any reply from them. My case is one of such nature. { No.VS/RPF/ASC/Repn/2011/1 Date: 30-6-2011--My Request / Grievance Registration-Number : PRSEC/E/2011/10472}: In fact in my case, the Hon’ble President of India Secretariat had promptly taken up the issue and sent the case for further necessary action to the Ministry of Railways, Railway Board, New Delhi- some in July,2011,but ironically even after six months nothing seems to have moved in the Ministry of Railways/Railway Board/RPF , and not even a reply received from them as to the fate of case and its hanging position or where it is now lying and in whose hands.

In this context may express that everyone/victim cannot go to the /Court of Law for one the same and similar case, wherein the Hon'ble High Courts and the Hon'ble Supreme /Court too delivered Judgments/Orders/Directions to the RPF to conduct DPCs regularly and the Pay Commission Recommendations, other Rules connected thereto did made categorical Orders, but the Administration /RPF had not note of the same ,even now, and on all such cases, it may also, may not be possible to go for Contempt of Court,etc.

In the circumstances enumerated above, I firmly believe that the Governmental and other Ministry’s/Agencies Working under them shall have to be streamed lined for better service to its employees and upkeep the Values and Traditions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court’s Orders,etc, and other Hon’ble High Courts Judgments/Orders, by creating a separate and independent MINISTRY--(like that of Ministry of Pensions)-Ministry of Implementations And Orders(on the Judgments /Directions/Orders, etc. of the Supreme Court/High Courts, and of other Governmental Agencies) and see that the there shall be no further victimization and legitimized on the part of the Administration and that , it shall be made clear that they respect the Hon'ble Court’s Orders in letter and spirit or else the defaulter shall be taken-up severely. There shall be clarity that non-implementation and not following the established Rules and the Law,etc shall be treated as ‘Contempt of Court’ and Contempt action initiated ab initio on su motto basis. For each and every matter of non-implementation of the Court’s Orders/Judgments, etc, each and every person to that point shall not be made to go to the Court Again and again and at least for Contempt cases. Not-abiding and respecting the Law and its Orders, just avoiding or ignoring, then there shall be no end for the Justice. Justice delayed is Justice denied may be true; Justice once Pronounced for Implementation.

Its non-implementation is more dangerous to the person and to the Society, and Justice is also buried in some person’s hands/the Administrator, a representative of the established Government in India; this ultimately leads to bad-government, lead to corrupt practices, White Collar Crimes by the vexed- personalities /groups, interested parties, brokers/agents, and joining hands into un-social acts/antisocial groups, etc…

If the Government once create-Ministry of Implementations And Orders(on the Judgments /Directions/Orders, etc. of the Supreme Court/High Courts, and of other Governmental Agencies) there shall be a check on such matters; It is my considered opinion, that the Governmental Bodies under the Bureaucratic working System shall definitely yield and work honestly,atleast to keep the Verdicts of the Hon’ble Courts Orders alive, and other Rules,etc, and that the proverb- Justice is not only done and/but that there is another Agency which shall be keeping an Eagle’s Eye on their activities and non-implementation/ not-abiding of the Orders shall become their bottle neck for legal action, including Contempt of Court, etc.

Let there be a day to see this vision, as that of the Ministry of Pensions now taking care of the Pensioners to the entire satisfaction of the Pensioners. Likewise, let the Government shall also think with future prospective specially keeping in view of the non-implementation of several persons cases ( if you call for such matters-I feel some thousands and lakhs of victimized in the hands of the HODs/and others shall come before YOU on record with all records, etc.)

Railway Protection Force-- justice delayed justice denied-- delay in conducting DPCs- Class-I-Group'A' Cadre Post -ASCs (Promotes) sufferers and others benefited- on account of ADMN.Delays-Pray justice- onducting regular DPCs- Class_I-Group'A' Cadre- ADHOC ASCs sufferers on Admn. ACCOUNT Offic;ers vicitimised for no fault and others benefitted-- justice prayed--

Honoured Sir, I am struggling through all the sources, to get this matter of delaying /holding of DPCs in the RPF /Ministry of Railways on the reasons best known to the ADMINISTRATORS by which the ad-hoc promote officers of Group'A' Cadre Post at the rank of Asst. Security Commissioners are force to work in the same cadre without confirmation and promotion for several years and made to retire even after serving several years as such, and the juniors are being given promotions to higher ranks and pay benefits, kindly   do justice...

{As it is , we are the victims of the VI CPC- MACP Scheme which was implemented from 01-09-2008 as against 01-01-2006 and we lost the chance of DSC promotion/pensions benefits, etc..}

Constitution of India is the written AND codified document which outlines an elaborate system for the government to work. Its objective is “ACCESS TO JUSTICE FOR ALL”, so that justice is not denied to citizens by reasons of economic or other disabilities. The core value of our constitutional philosophy, as reflected in its preamble, is the dignity of individual which is the essence of human rights, demands, not merely the civil or political rights but also economic, social, and cultural rights

This is a case wherein I have been victimized and become the victim for the delays and negligence of the Ministry of Railways, Railway Board, RPF (Railway Protection Force), New Delhi and deprived of my DIGNITY IN THE SOCIETY AND LOWERED MY STATUS in the FORCE/society BY IGNORING MY SENIORITY AND STATUS. This matter has come to my notice just in this Month-July,2011,through my Juniors-who had been given promotion to the rank of DSCs/RPF in the wake of belated announcement of DPC (in Aug,2009)for the Vacancies of 2005/06 in which my name has been dropped and deleted, for no fault of mine.

• I have served the Ministry of Railways/Railway Protection Force- from 1970 to Aug, 2006 and retired on 31-8-2006 on superannuation after serving  as ASC (ADHOC).•  I have joined the Railways/RPF as direct SI, got promotion as Inspector in 1984, promoted and appointed to Group ’A’ Cadre Post as Asst. Security Commissioner/RPF in May, 2002, worked as such continuously up to Aug, 2006 and retired, without regularization and promotion to the rank of DSC, but for the administrative delays in conducting regular and timely DPCs.

• My name stands in the consolidated list of promote-ASCs working on adhoc basis since 2002, Notification for regularization circulated in April, 2006-(Ministry of Railways ’Notification’ No: 2006-Sec (E)/PM-2/14 dated 04-8-2006).• From amongst this consolidated list of ASCs (adhoc) for regularization/confirmation for 2005-09, DPC found to have been held and Panel names made out in Aug, 2009(delayed).• But my name dropped on the plea that I have retired from service in Aug, 2006. But all my juniors/ADHOC ASCs services have been counted from the date of their adhoc- for promotion to the rank of DSCs/RPF/adhoc.

• This happened but for the administrative delay and my name omitted and dropped from the Panel list of 2005 and 2006.

• In W.P.No:6631/2002 and WPMP No.9156/2002- of Honourable High Court of Madras, Judgment/Order-it...contain”…it has been repeatedly held by the Supreme Court that the DPC should sit for every year regularly before the appointed date and that the case of eligible candidates within the one of consideration should be dealt with…”....

• The Honourable High Court of Delhi had given’ Directions/Orders’ to the RPF/Railway Board- in WP(C) Nos: 12612 to 12615 of 2004- vide ‘Final Order’ dated 07-02-2006 to conduct DPC and finalize the lists not later than-on or before 15-4-2006 – it is found that the same not done-ignored, DPC held /Panel names declared in Aug, 2009.

• Had this been implemented in true spirit before April, 2006, my name could have come in the Panel List of 2005/06, I too could have been retired as DSC (adhoc), as I have also completed three years and above service (May, 02-Aug, 06) as ASC to become eligible to get promotion as DSC/adhoc in the existing vacancies at par with my Juniors.

• By Ministry of Railways, ‘Notification’ dated 04-8-2009- Honourable President of India’s approval and appointment of 42 Inspectors (adhoc ASCs) as Regularized ASCs/RPF with effect from 18-5-2009,-vis-à-vis release of Panels for the years from 2005 to 2008-regularising ASCs adhoc and channeling for promotion to the rank of DSCs/RPF/adhoc for all who have completed 3 years and above service as ASCs, in which my name dropped from Panel List, but for administration Delays in holding the DPCs in time.

• By this delay, caused by RPF/Railway Board has paved the way and become the cause for my  degradation and lowering of my ‘Dignity’ in the society and in not getting regularization in time/in April, 2006 itself, while I was in service and in not getting promotion to the rank of DSC/RPF itself before my retirement.

• My Dignity and Status at par with my juniors was barred, my Pension benefits denied and deprived of Fundamental Rights, natural justice denied-Juniors benefited, since/only because my name omitted and dropped from the Panel lists by the DPCs, delayed by 3 years.

• Several WPs, etc., can be seen like, W.P.No:4722/1985 &W.P.No:15143/1990 of Honourable High Court of Andhra Pradesh; W.P. No: 6631/2002 of Honourable High Court of Madras; WP(C)Nos: 12612 to 12615 of 2004-‘Final Order’ dated 07-02-2006 of the Honourable High Court of Delhi, where the Railway board/RPF were give :Direction/Order’ in regard to administrative delays shall not be rubbed on the employees, etc...For holding of timely DPCs to promote Inspectors (that is adhoc ASCs) on regular basis duly conducting the DPCs to fill up the existing vacancies as arise against each such year, has been found to have dealt with....

• Under the above circumstances, I pray that the seniority and eligibility criteria of ADHOC ASCs be made retrospective from the date of my adhoc promotion(May,2002) as was done and implemented for the directly recruited ASCs, duly revising the Panels of 2005 and 2006 and to include my name in 2005/2006 Panel List, even by applying next below rule and to bring my name above to my junior ASC/RPF(regularized Panel list of 2005/06), and to give promotion as DSC/adhoc as I have also completed more than three years of service like that of my Juniors.

• Justice may be rendered to me also. Justice denied is Justice denied. Delay of the Administration/Railway Board/RPF should not defeat the Equity and the Constitutional Fundamental Rights of the seniors’ status, Dignity and Pay to be protected and safeguarded. 

• Hence, I pray that YOUR Honour be pleased to regularize my ADHOC ASCs service from May, 2002 at par with my Junior listed in the 2005/2006 Panel names, and to promote me as DSC/adhoc as was materialized to my Juniors immediately on announcement of the DPC Panel Names of 2005-2008 in Aug,2009 (delayed by three years) just to have my consequential Dignity , Pensioners’ benefits by which my self and my family shall have permanent and life long pecuniary and financial support and benefits with Dignity in the Society as retired DSC/RPF.

Sub: Denial of payment of Fixed Medical Allowance arrears by CPPC/Musheerabad, HYB. I, V.Seshadri, with PPO No.12030080606 drawing pension from SBI/Lalaguada Branch applied for FMA with arrears from date of retirement Sep,2006 in Aug,2011.Another pensioner had also applied for FMA with arrears from the date of retirement Jan,2006 at Canara Bank. He applied in Sept,2011 after me. But, very surprisingly while I was denied of the arrears on the ground that the FA&CAO/SCR/SC(Sri.Ganeshan) had given them(SBI) oral/phone Orders not to pay arrears, the Canara bank paid arrears of Rs:13,100/- to the other pensioner. Where as SBI had denied the same to pensioners drawing pension from SBI......Why this type of dual policy and differentiation and discrimination of individual Banks and Regions..in India. Let entire India follow the same policy and same Orders, Rules to contain and curtail inflation, why you elect the pensioners;save money from one lot and give the money to others..... By this, not only corruption but also faith is lost..While working in the RPF same pick and choose matters have taken place, eg: when we claimed the benefit of adding special pay of Rs:200/- to be added for fixation of pay as was done to Mr. K.V.Babu,ASC, who was the most junior to us, the same was rejected on the ground that we are not eligible, then how he was given, God help the suffers; in another case, Mr.U./H.Char, ASC , our junior,was granted uniform allowance as per VI PC with full benefits,the same was denied to us on the point that we are not eligible; While I was working( in April, 2006), they called for ACRs and the DPC announced its decision in 2009 duly dropping our names and making my juniors the benefit of confirmation and promotion as DSC...; another glaring example- Mr.J.N. Rao, ASC my junior was given steppingup/bringing his pay at par with his another junior in 1999( evry thing kept secret, if admn. honest, they could have added all the names of his juniors too, but they did not do for the reasons known to them and they can be the best judges ); when I came to know in around 2005/2006, I applied for the same and the matter is still lingering around , my efforts till on date alive, god knows when they do justice......By the above three example we think influence, and recommendations shall have more wattage be weighted in the matters of personal interests and on personnel on the whole and than the Rules. Why select and apply differential equations on the same policy, but person to person changes….
I am sending this information with a profound request that kindly make out a definitive Policy with a target/CUT OFF date to state that from such and such date there shall be no arrears and let all the Pensioners be known of your mind thoughts through media or letters to the Pensioners Welfare Associations, but giving arrears to some pensioners and declining to some , let the POLICY be applied to one all in INDIA and not in selected Region, like what FA&CAO/SCR/SC, or the SBI/HYB has done to the pensioners, like us, These type of policies shall do, in our opinion, encourage, nothing but to around corrupt practices..
HOPE YOU shall make the FA&CAO and the SBI or any other Bank to re-modulate the matter and do justice with payment of arrears also to all the Pensioners who applied by now. MAKE OUT A DATE FROM WHICH ARREARS SHOULD NOT/ SHALL NOT BE PAID....BE SYMPATHETIC IN PAYMENT OF ARREARS, BY CURTAILING AND DENYING THE BENEFIT WHICH THE GOI, HAS GRANTED -- DO NOT TAKE OUT FROM THE MOUTH AND ENJOY THE STATISTICAL FIGURE OF CUTTING INFLATION AND BRINGING DOWN AND TO GET MEDALS AND PRAISE FOR SUCH ONE SIDED ACT AGAINST THE PENSIONERS... If you are so interested in containing and curtailing on money matters-- cut short the TA/DA payments by restricting the Officers and others visits , towards on one or the account who are going on line on the same issues, etc. TQ

Apathy and Agony of the Pensioners in the hands of DUAL SYSTEM POLICIES-- ONE SIDE THEY SAY PAY ARREARS AND THE SIDE SAY DO NOT PAY...........4E GOVERNANCE--

THE state BANK OF INDIA //CENTRAL PENSIONERS PROCESSING CENTRE OF HYDER...ABAD- ANDHA PRADESH HAVE VERY CONVENIENTLY GIVEN WEIGHT-AGE TO THE ORAL/PHONE DIRECTIONS OF RAILWAY/SOUTH CENTRAL RAILWAY OFFICERS AND DENIED /REFUSED TO PAY THE ARREARS ON THE GROUND THAT BY THIS PAYMENT TO THE PENSIONERS THE RAILWAYS/GOVT.OF INDIA, IN FACT SHALL BE LOOSING LOT OF MONEY AND BY INFLATION INCURRING EXTRA ... PAYMENTS AND WANTED TO CURTAIL ///?????? IS THERE ANY CONFIRMATION OF SUCH ORDERS, THEY no/ THEN WHY THEY SHALL HONOUR? just TO PLEASE THE railways.

WHETHER THE STATE BANK OF INDIA THROUGH OUT THE COUNTRY IS ADOPTING THE SAME POLICY OF DENIAL OF LEGITIMATE AND THE RIGHT OF THE PENSIONERS TO ENJOY THE FIXED MEDICAL ALLOWANCE? WHY THESE TYPE OF IDEAS TO SOUTH CENTRAL RAILWAYS POUR IN AND MAKE THE PENSIONERS SUPPER MENTALLY AND FINANCIALLY???/

SAVE MONEY BY NOT PAYING ANY PENSION FOR ONE MONTH THROUGH OUT INDIA AND RUN THE GOVT.???/
WHETHER THE STATE BANK OF INDIA THROUGH OUT THE COUNTRY IS ADOPTING THE SAME POLICY OF DENIAL OF LEGITIMATE AND THE RIGHT OF THE PENSIONERS TO ENJOY THE FIXED MEDICAL ALLOWANCE? WHY THESE TYPE OF IDEAS TO SOUTH CENTRAL RAILWAYS POUR IN AND MAKE THE PENSIONERS SUPPER MENTALLY AND FINANCIALLY???/

There is a saying--" Those who know the mother, knows the world”. The new generation having multifold engorged education, the corporate company’s offer of employment, significant amounts of pay and perks, which the third/fourth batting generation can not even, imagine except feeling happy. But, that is not the end; it is the beginning, where the predicament of the senior citizens starts, here at this juncture. But, alas, what about their care and well being taken up by their children in these days when we all celebrate ‘Parents Day’; Mother’s Day’ and of course, ‘Father’s Day’, ‘Mother-in-law’s Day’, and so on.

 In general, it is found that their son / (s) are not in a position to talk to their parents-in particular with his mother; they find no time to visit to the mother’s house, if they stay in the same city, even during holidays, festivals or other festivities, at least to say hello, or to spend a little time to have consonance their aged parents/ to the mother, they are time-bond and engaged in one or other preoccupied activities. Just think and imagine the feelings of the old/ aged persons, who happen to live separately or away from their son(s) ,on one or the other cause, like: By virtue of their son living on account of job in some other state or country; In the course of living away from them, though staying in the same city on account of their jobs, children’s education, or to be nearer to the place of working;  May be in the course of love marriages, and choose to live separately on one or the pretext;   May be on one or other account which he or his wife does not want to spell out openly.

Their offerings of excuses in not getting some time to visit and see the parents or the mother include weighty and excruciating job work, over time, late sittings at job work, or that they are not in a position to spare time to come from their place of residence. The comments of the neighborhood, the relations, and of the friends at this old age found to be unbearable to them. They may make out all sorts of excuses and explanations by supporting their son’s absence. But, the mental agony of the parents, their untold feelings, sleepless nights cannot be brought out through pen. Their swallowing of the expressions to cover up their inner feelings, the Atmaxobha  and eyes always searching for their son and to listen to him are all found be a like  night vision in dark or the night mare. The gargantuan money they possess, the relations they had, the friends, the authority, the power and the status they had, all these have found to be not coming to their rescue in replacing the sons’ presence with them, at the time of need. The old age homes, other’s counseling’s, at home celebrations on the visit of relations, friends etc, will they be of any help to them from making them to feel happy or to come out of their depressions? I felt that no person can recognize, replace, establish or detect the feelings of the Mother.

Causes may be many, but effect is the same on the senior citizens. No smothering words can help in distracting their eyes eagerly looking at the gate side, ears wanting to hear his voice of affection and love. I feel to commiserate with them; what the sin the Mother might have committed to loose all the love and affection from the son - what ever may be the reason- the separation and living away  is as true as that of the wind and beyond doubt. How to change his mind set and about misconceptions formulated, if any, toward the divine mother. Whether any of the philosophical structures and stairs helps the mother to side line the son and for eagerly waiting for his just looks towards her?              

With all the above regurgitates and surmises, still I have a belief that he, the son(s), for the parents is a person with sanity and still did not loose love and affection toward his mother, then why and how the situations can be changed and what is the solution to resolve the matter. I have no answer, but, now, at this age, when she requires a helping hand and counseling –leave aside her husband, and other relatives/friends, still, she shall have a feeling that the same is missing from her son.  Fortune favours the deserving…: Patience pays….But. At what stage, for the Mother? Will it be of any help to her when she can not be in a position to relish, realize, and understand the same, except staring at him and, as dump founded by the actions of his son? The GOD - the almighty only shall help the Mother and resolve, the son and the mother relationship, if He can?..............!!!!!!!!!

The one who has the power of realization is the one who can bring transformation.
 When something goes wrong we immediately begin to look for excuses, or explanations, why that mistake happened. This finishes our power of realization and we will not be able to recognize our own mistake. Then we will not be able to work at improving ourselves and we will not be able to bring any transformation.  Instead of looking for excuses for what all happened, we need to take the opportunity to check within ourselves and see our own mistake(s). When we recognize our mistake, however small it may be, we will be able to work on it. Only when we are able to realize our own mistake, will we be able to bring about transformation in ourselves. 

             (A): Did YOU feel INSULTED:

·                                                                              At one place or the other, or on some occasions you might have been insulted or you have felt in yourself that you have been insulted, but for the reasons not exposed, you kept quite or digested the insult, but, still, you are not happy about it- the happening- the incident and you are unable to forgive or forget about the person(s), and so on:

·                                                                              The INSULT, the words, is only a vibration in the air, just touching to your heart, the heart-breaking words; it is nothing but actually feeling a physical pain in the region of the heart. It occurs only when we does not compromise with the words spoken against or toward us, this is insult only when our discrimination has in fact failed us to understand in retrospective or prospective or when our mind thoughts stopped Yoga and meditation aspects:

·                                                                              When we feel insulted and then utilize the Sadhana and retire into seclusion for a while and reflect our Guru-the soul and retrieve the matters in all the ways-- that;

·                                                                              He/ or they insulted only my body, mind and little self, I did not loose any self respect at all, who are they to talk about me, I am not that;

·                                                                              He can not insult my real self, the soul, because he himself is my own self; I shall make best use of it to analyze it;

·                                                                              By insulting my little self, he is really helping me in dissociating with it;

·                                                                              His insult has enabled me to come face to face with my own egoism, my interaction with my soul, God has given me an opportunity to crush it once for all;

·                                                                              The only new point of version, now I discovered is—he has pointed out openly to me what he considers/considered as a defect in me; he has given me an opportunity to analyze the same for myself;

·                                                                              O’ God, I am always thankful to him:

·                                                                              Now, I do not get irritated and I shall not get angry and console my self and my soul:

              (B): SUCCESS at our door step:

·                                                                              Success never goes or runs away for you, unless you move, run away from it;

·                                                                              To have success in your life- always ask questions for your self, discriminate between the good, the bad and the worst;

·                                                                              Set goals, be a team leader and the best of all learn to be a team player first;

·                                                                              Always try to listen to directions, follow through on the assignments, then success follows you;

·                                                                              Have faith in the working system.  Faith  grows only when you use it;

·                                                                              Be courageous and no looking back, it takes you to your goals and you reach the destiny;

·                                                                              Courage makes you to stand up and speak boldly and with out fear, as fear is a contagious disease;

·                                                                              Courage and fearlessness, both take you to sit down with calmness, steady mind and listen, and then act;

·                                                                              Life is great, make use of it and make the most of it;

·                                                                              Try to discover your weakness and rectify for future;

·                                                                              Do not expose or explore your weaknesses to others, even to dear ones; life is precious and let them not use it to down grade you, think always that some one is awaiting to let you down;

·                                                                              Always stop making and contributing excuses and explanations.

       (C): YOU are there for me always: rather I did not miss YOU:

·                                                                                        The happiness that is coming from inner peace and believing in yourself, and that I did not miss you;

·                                                                                        What do we live for, if it is not to make life less difficult for each other,  even still apart, we are together;

·                                                                                        A special bond holds us together, un separable by any means, a bond that grew from within, from whispered confidence, from fights and squabbles;

·                                                                                        You made my mind a wonderful place for you, and now also I am stronger just always, knowing that you are there within me;

·                                                                                        I wish you the sort of happiness and the joy, the happiness that comes from success and celebrations, and showing the world what you can do, for me of course;

·                                                                                        The happiness that comes from being loved and part of a meaningful relationship, we are though apart;

     (D): BE HE LEADER AND NOT ALWAYS THE BOSS:

·                                                                                        The boss drives his men, the leader inspire them;

·                                                                                        The boss depends on authority, the leader depends on goodwill;

·                                                                                        The boss evokes fear, the leader radiates love;

·                                                                                        The boss says “I”, the leader says “We”;

·                                                                                        The boss shows who is wrong, the leader shows what is wrong;

·                                                                                        The boss knows how it is done, the leader knows how to do it;

·                                                                                        The boss demands respect, the leader commands respect…..
