A day may not be far away to tap the doors of the Honorable Supreme Court of India under ‘LETTERS PETITION’ through one or the other family pensioner as a victim in the hands of the Railway Board and the DG, RPF whose FRs; the human rights have been submerged in deep seas by their personal views, voice, and one sided decision making of the matters of their choice. Hence now as a living RPF pensioner/ad ASC we pray for justice, as justice delayed, justice not only denied but also buried once for all. Let there be one more NAKARA IN RPF also? to get justice.

* Department of Personnel &Training Office Memorandum. No.22011/4/98-ESTT. (D), Dated 12-10-1998 brushed aside?
* OM No. 22011/9/98-Estt. (D)-Pt. dated 21-9-2006- earlier OM No. Even dated 08-9-1998 reiterated; but for whom?
* D o P&T, OM No. 22011/8/87-Estt.(D) dated 09-4-1996; but for whom?
OM No.28036/3/97-Estt.(D) dated 17-02-1998- Reporting of adhoc appointments to the  D o P&T-Orders reiterated; But for whom?
* Yanamandra Guananada Sharma Vs. Union of India and others— 1991 (2) ATJ 123 (Calcutta)—30-5-1991; For whose sake pronounced?
* Constitution of India - (Articles-14;16;32; 235;309) and so on ; for whose Protection ?
* The Law, The RPF Act, the RPF Rules, the RPF(G.Os.) Rules, and so on for whom framed?

  I have worked with sincerity and  honestly and now pursuing this matter on behalf of several hundreds of retired ad hoc ASCs/Family Pensioners’ without even seeking any pecuniary assistance from them; without having ‘ GOD FATHER’ at the Railway Board level/DG,RPF Directorate or else, this matter could have been settled amicably in my favor by this time. The only helping hand is from  the East Coast Railway, and ‘the RPF Pensioners’ Welfare Association, South Central Railway, Secunderabad’. The letters of references showing the record that my representations have been forwarded by the Honorable President’s Secretariat many times; the Honorable the PMO’s Office; the MOSR(PP) office; the DoP&PW office; the MORLY references on record; the letters of references from the East Coast Railway doth  itself indicate the un-answering attitude of the Railway Board and the DG,RPF Directorate on this issue.

  They have not even taken any steps to send any type of acknowledgment/reply quoting any of the above references so far which itself an indication to silence the matter with determination to pin down the same through Focus Groups once for all for the well being of RPF Directorate?
