 It is sincerely opined that if the OM issued by the Department of Personnel &Training Office Memorandum.No.22011/4/98-ESTT. (D), Dated 12-10-1998 is followed scrupulously and implemented with authenticity in right spirit at least now, by preparing extended Panels as per the seniority list of the Inspectors from the year 1983—first Inspectors-Grade-I list and then followed by Inspectors-Grade-II list, which the Railway Board wants to combine and maintain a consolidated list of Inspectors from the year 1983 onwards, duly brining the names of the seniors, by proper interpolation of the names of the retired Inspectors/ad hoc ASCs also, and list their names, now retired, just above to their juniors names who are already enjoying the fruits of the seniors, the senior citizens of RPF Pensioners/Family Pensioners shall have the benefit of pension fixation at par with their juniors and also the problem of issue of First Class ‘A’ Pass to the ad hoc ASCs who have not completed three years of service but retired shall also be resolved amicably.
               
 In addition to my representations/letters/emails/on line submission of grievance/pension portal/through and on behalf of RPFP Pensioner’s Welfare Assn., South Central Railway, and letters through President, All India Retired Railwaymen’s Federation, letters through IG/CSC, RPF, East Coast Railway and so on, my grievance has been forwarded to the Ministry of Railways through:

Hon’ble PMO’s Office Reference- sent by the Hon’ble MOS (PP)- Dy.No.2475/VIP/MOS(PP)/12 dated 17/27-9-2012 to Hon’ble Ministry of Railways: No action so far;

Hon’ble President of India’s Secretariat references:

i. PRESEC/E/2011/10472/P1/D/1407110087 dated 14-7-2011;

ii. PRSEC/E/2013/000152 dated 03-01-2013;
    Honble MORLY reference—i. No. MORLY/E/2012/03392
    dated 31-5-2012;

iii. MORLY/E/2013 00062 dated 03-01-2013;
    Scores of letters from DoP&PW to the Ministry of Railways:like:

iv .DOPPW/P/2012/00214 dated 16-1-2012;

v.  DOPPW/P/2012/01390 dated 25-8-2012;

     BUT, for none of these letters, the Railway Board, or the Director General, RPF have initiated any action or sent any reply/acknowledgment so far.
