SUB: RPF- non-implementation of the Law;the Rules; the GOI's Orders/OM of GoP&T- Regularization of ad hoc ASCs/ Retired-reg.
I am thriving since around 6-7 years to get the ad hoc ASCs , including retired ASCs problem resolved and sending letters,emails, on line portal, and so on to the Ministry of Railways, the Railway Board, the DG,RPF but so far nothing has taken to rectify the mistakes committed since around 2000 by the DPCs who have by misinterpretation or otherwise wantonly dropped the names of the retired ASCs names from the DPC's Panel Lists by ignoring the Orders of the GOI -- DoP&T OM-No.22011/4/98-Estt (D) dated 12-10-1998, AND brought in juniors names in their places. By this the seniors not only lost promotion as DSCs at par with their juniors but also lost pensionary benefits.
IN THIS CONNECTION, THE HON'BLE MINISTER OF RAILWAYS HAVE GONE THROUGH THE CASE FILE ON 05-3-2013 AND GIVEN SPECIFIC ORDERS TO HAVE CONCLUSIVE REPLY BY THE RAILWAY BOARD, WHICH STILL TO COME OUT;
MY EFFORTS ARE STILL ON: AS FOLLOWS: KINDLY GO THROUGH: POSTED IN PARTS__
