How to eradicate corrupt practices: a point of View:

There is a saying--" Those who knows the mother, knows the world”. This caption might be true. Here, your mother is your inner mind and the conscience .But, in the case of white collar crimes or corrupt practices or accepting money from what ever may be the source of working by killing or sidelining the consciousness, and the cosine with corrugated mind lean toward compromise for personal gain by all means, that is all, you are doomed and swing into corrupt practices;

It may not be out of place opt remember the words--"Probe was only one part of the process to bring the guilty (of graft) to book". Very nicely pointed out; There shall be a system to have speedy trial by which not only the witnesses, the evidential values, time, the material objects, and the like shall remain preserved and they can speak honestly with out any win-over or run-over/accidents like things or change over like materially (gained-over) /material objects not coming in line with the evidence or record or so;

Even the distilled water, or any matter on earth gets deteriorated and changes its shape on various accounts; for us like the greed, fear, corruption etc, become punk as new water/cases comes in;

Corruption is but for someone, not to blame all. Corrupt practice is not one man's job. Only thing to stop corruption is his own mind and firm decision making capacity to be honest. That is in my view personal desire as mother and the next is the father-the greed; none to be blamed except the person who is or was over powered with these two matters. Corruption is and always associated with white collar crimes which go hand to hand with gratitude, certain realities and externalities, they follow loyalties in the business of corruption; some scapegoats shall be in readiness to accept and go to any extent of sacrifices. Greed is innate and insidious; it is like apatite stimulator but works under gyroscopic machinery /personalities... The honest shall wait and wait time to pause/pass, only to Honor YOU with glory. Whether every year 'the 9th December' or the UNCAC are they not functioning to eradicate corruption... Still things go on, as usual. All the personalities who value for corrupt practices and privileges with their power, authority, status, and the like does not yield to elders words to be honest. They does not like to value honest principles, they strive with money and the golden opportunities, may be for short time ,but still they flourish to that time and vanish as new waters come in.

Always try to uplift the right matters and respect them with least nods or so at the right time for prosperity without fear and favour; like wise one shall not focus on personal gains and/or material gain interests in weight but for prospective matters that the Organization shall come up like the Honest of all and above the sky. Instead of pin pointing and trying to find fault with other’s views and vision on any matter if expressed, or trying to adopt ways and methods by trying or clouding the Intelligence reports concerning to the men and materials or by fully depending on the others working capabilities, try always to find out factual matters.

A METHODOLOGY IN SOFT SKILLS

It may be observed that in many of the person’s- while they are in public for open speech even though they have every knowledge, fully equipped with the matters to be talked about in mind to spell about on the stage, but eventually they lack the self confidence and with little leadership skills, qualities they do not know as to how to express in the way where most of the persons present may like to listen him. They start grumbling in the Conference Hall, on the stage, that is with a psychological ‘stage fear’ etc. How to get rid of this weakness from the mind and become the leader in reality is question we pose?

The most favored skill in the leadership is to have the ability and understanding the subject matter in precise, rehearse the same with creativity to express in clear terms, convey the ideas to the audience in most simple and easy language. The Speaker shall also to realize that his voice, pronunciation, facial expressions, formulation of the sentence and the words stress at the appropriate places of speech, taking pause in between the speech as some of the valuable accreditations to be kept in mind to become a good speaker and then follow the suit for automatic up gradation/promotion leadership which itself gives quite a lot of positive chances to take the berth as a good leader. In real sense one should learn to develop and build up ‘self confidence through Motivation. Though the impact of high motivation is well known, it has been found that a vast portion of the capabilities of employees in an organization is severely underutilized. If businesses or individuals want greater success, then the answer resides within the ability to improve motivation, improve the use of energy and to improve talent. This is more important in building up ‘Leadership Qualities’. Yet, almost every time, the emphasis is on the technical or the hard skills with little or no focus on motivation or the soft skills:

Always make a habit for continuous learning and ‘know how’ on your subject matters with special emphasis on the inter-relationship on the emotions, decision making qualities, reasoning the problem, quick and prompt attendance and time control, knowing about behavioral sciences, learn to change yourself to suit to the occasions, and about other’s psychology. Try to inculcate ‘Positive Aspects’. Your ‘ideas’ exposed/expressed shall not be ‘weighted’ and not a wastage to the Organization. That is they shall be impartial by all means, let your interests does not ‘plug-in’.

‘Speak-Out practice’ with voice control and command in darkness feeling that you are addressing a large number of persons in a public meeting or in a conference hall; always try to inculcate the qualities of penetration of ‘culture’ in you. Always come forward to be the Team-Leader. Make a habit in the ‘Awareness and changing mindset’ programs. Keep your self busy with the latest news and matters and about the intelligence on your subjects for leadership development qualities.

Keep in mind not to criticize the other party openly and with harsh words, have/show patience, try to ‘Manage-Up and Manage-Down’ in the Organization. Let you become the most inspired leader of the day by learning/controlling emotional intelligence. Always try to live in ‘practical terms and meanings’ without making ‘false/promises’ and the like to boost your leadership. In due course of time, you shall be let – down only by yourself.

Please remember-- the most important and not the least, always to exhibit that you have recognized other’s skills and appreciate them on one or the other way.

· The followings as ODE/Rhymes in TELUGU written and read over by Sri. K. V. R. Pantulu was found to be with a sappy mode and mood delivered for sanity, seems to have tried and tired to sanitize like a Sapper with more than three decades of continuous service-as Public Prosecutor for over one decade and as AD-HOC-Asst. Security Commissioner for over two decades in the Railway Protection Force, and found to have worked with sanguine, but retired with riddance.

· He read with his trembling hands and support to hold the papers in the open Forum on 12^th of Feb, 2011, at the Zonal RPF Conference Hall, Railnilayam, Secunderabad with anguish, grieve, disguise through his sarcasms throat to ventilate and expound his atypical service as a reminiscent AD-HOC-GROUP’A’ OFFICER IN THE RPF FOR OVER 20 YEARS WITHOUT CONFIRMATION AND THERBY LOST PROMOTIONAL CHANCES LIKE HIS OTHER JUNIORS,and having worked in rectitude fashion with inscribed ‘no-go-area’ of his superiors to attenuate the ‘odd-hocks’ (ad-hocs)-through extenuating matters like confirmation and further promotion to him.

· The English version just after the original Telugu version is nothing but an attempt made after several discussions as free-hand translation to suit to the Telugu words and to recompense its exact meaning.

Find any person having no Blood pressure, sugar,

Find person with no taste of hard drinks, medicine,

Is there any such person? He shall become the God.
